Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Once the return is approved and received, your payment will be refunded through an available payment method. For COD orders, we may request your bank or payment details to process the refund.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
